How do I qualify for paid research projects?
To qualify for paid research projects you must first take surveys sent to you by Truepanel. There are 3 phases in which you must go through to be selected.The first, take the survey. The second, a Truepanel representative will contact you to see if you are a good fit.And last the client will make the final selection of whether or not you have been selected. You will receive an email from Truepanel to let you know whether or not you have been selected.
How do I earn cash?
You earn cash by being selected for a specific project. Once the project is completed, you’ll receive a check or money will be transferred directly to your PayPal account.
How will I know I’ve been selected to participate in a project?
After you’ve applied for a project, a Truepanel representative will make contact with you via email or telephone to confirm your participation. You may be asked additional questions following the application process to confirm your eligibility.
Be sure to add paneladmin@truepanel.com to your email contacts to ensure you receive communication from Truepanel.
I see advertisements online and I’m already a member, but I can’t access the survey?
Truepanel frequently posts advertisements online to obtain new participants for studies, not all members of Truepanel will have access to the surveys because not all members would qualify for the study. We do not want to waste our members time by allowing them to participate in surveys we know they would not qualify for. If you are a member and are selected for a survey you will be sent a direct email asking you to participate or you will see the survey in your dashboard upon login.
When will I get more surveys?
Surveys are sent to participant’s emails on a per project basis. If we think you fit the profile of a potential candidate you will receive an email with a link to the survey.Sometimes we open up surveys to all panelists which will be added to your dashboard screen.
Why don’t I qualify for projects?
The final panel of participants is determined by the client who is conducting the study. Truepanel does not select the final list of participants. Many factors play into whether or not a participant is selected, all we ask is that our members are honest in filling out surveys.
What kind of communication will I receive from Truepanel?
Based on the preferences you choose when filling out the My Preferences survey you can receive emails, text messages and phone calls. You will receive emails alerting you of a survey that is available and if chosen for the next round of screening you will then receive a phone call. We can also send text messages to alert you of surveys available or that you have made it to the next round of screening.
How do I get your emails to come to my inbox and not my junk mail?
You will need to add Truepanel to your safe sender list.
I received a call from Truepanel but don’t know who to call back?
If you receive a call regarding your participation in a paid research study you can call (303) 630-0602. Please have the study you are inquiring about ready.
I received a call from Truepanel am I in the study?
If you received a call from Truepanel asking for more information and availabilit,y you have made it to the second phase of our 3 phase process. If you have been selected to participate in a study you will receive an email with your study information including a login and password to complete the study online. Final selection for participants is made by the client, Truepanel cannot guarantee any participation in any study.
I was told I was in the study but didn’t receive an email or a webcam?
If you did not receive an email confirming your participation in a paid research study including a login and password to the study then you have not been selected to participate. The client will make the final selection based on a number of factors. Truepanel cannot guarantee any participation in any study.
Are there other ways to stay in contact with Truepanel?
Yes, you can follow us on twitter @truepanel, you can fan our facebook page: facebook.com/truepanel. You can also fill out the My Preferences profile survey to indicate how you would like to be contacted.
I have not received my confirmation email?
If you have not received your confirmation email upon signing up for Truepanel you can login and request the confirmation email be sent to you again. Please be sure you have Truepanel in your safe sender email list or you will need to check your spam filter. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive a confirmation email.
How do I confirm my email?
Truepanel will send an email to the email address you signed up with on Truepanel. Check your email inbox with 24 hours of signing up, click the link within the email to confirm your registration.
Why don’t I get chosen for research projects?
Many factors go into choosing the right participant for a paid research project. To be selected for more projects go to our Tips for Success page and follow the guidelines for more paid study opportunities.
Do I get paid to take surveys?
No, you will only receive payment if you have been enrolled and completed a study. You earn points for taking surveys that qualify you for paid research studies.
I took the survey, when can I expect payment?
You are awarded points for taking surveys, no payment is received unless you have been enrolled and completed a research study.
